This is the same recipe we use in our enchiladas at the newly revamped Casa Bonita. The recipe has been carefully overseen by our head chef Dana Rodriguez, a Chihuahua, Mexico native and James Beard nominee. Dana brings her unique perspective which is evident the second you open the jar and smell the guajillo and chipotle peppers and spices. Our Enchilada Sauce is a thick, hearty, gluten free product made right here in Colorado with only the finest ingredients. Enjoy it over chicken, pork, beef, vegetables, or cheese. 16 fluid ounces.
