Can I shop or pick up an order in person without a Casa Bonita reservation?

There is not a local pick up option, and only customers with reservations can shop in person at the main El Mercado store. However, you can shop (or return items) without a reservation at the El Mercado in our Exit Plaza during business hours. When you arrive, simply check in with security and let them know you'd like to shop without a reservation.

Do you have gift cards?

We do not currently have gift cards or plans to add them. We will update this FAQ if that changes in the future! 

How Long Does it Take to Ship My Order?

Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. Note: During the holidays, this can increase. Once shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location and the level of service you selected (standard vs express shipping). We will send you an email confirmation as soon as your order leaves our warehouse including links to track your delivery in real-time.

Can I update the shipping address on my order or make other changes?

We’re unable to make changes once an order has been placed, including address updates and cancellations. If you ordered the wrong items or if you'd like to cancel your order, we recommend waiting until you receive the items and then submitting a return.

How can I find my order status?

We’ll send you an order confirmation email as well as a notice when your items have shipped. You can also contact us for more information at any time!

Returns & Exchanges

We want to make things right with your order! For that reason, we're happy to process all returns and exchanges within 60 days of your original purchase date. Items must be unworn and have the original tags attached. Items can either be returned for a refund or exchanged for a different size. At this time, we aren't able to exchange for an entirely different product. In that situation, you would need to return for a refund and then order the other item you want.

This link can be used to submit returns and exchanges. Your order number begins with "CB" and can be found in any order-related email you received. Note: Shipping is non-refundable. Additionally, a handling fee of $5 will be added for exchanges.

Flat-Rate US Shipping (Lower 48 Contiguous US States)

Orders are charged a flat-rate of $8.95 for standard shipping. You can also upgrade to express shipping for $25.95. Standard shipping orders will be sent via ground service and most packages will be delivered in the US within 5-7 business days. Express shipping orders are usually delivered within 2-3 business days. Note: During the holidays, delivery times will increase.

Alaska, Hawaii, & International Shipping

For Alaska and Hawaii, shipping rates are based on the total weight of your package and your location. To calculate shipping rates, simply add items to your shopping cart, enter your shipping address, and your rate will be displayed.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international shipping at this time. If this changes in the future, details will be added to this FAQ!

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
