When it came time to develop the first-ever Casa Bonita signature salsa, we turned to our head chef Dana Rodriguez and began a development journey which took us nearly a year to perfect. As a Chihuahua, Mexico native and a James Beard nominee, Dana brings her unique perspective which is evident the second you open the jar. This is no ordinary salsa.
